Emma Carstairs

After a start in biomedical science, my passion for design and architecture led me to pursue a career in property. I have dedicated the better part of two decades to working in this space for private developers and as a consultant, across a range of sectors, including residential, hotel, hospitality and childcare.

I am passionate about forming strong and collaborative teams that work to identify and deliver successful projects. I see this as the fundamental building block of a successful project. I value each project as my own and enjoy applying my extensive experience to problem solving and identifying opportunities.

Outside of work, I can be found hanging out with my husband and three children, renovating my beloved mid-century house or escaping it all and getting out into nature for a hike.

Jason Blankfield

After nearly a decade as a property litigation lawyer, I decided to take a more active role in property development. Since then, I have gained extensive development experience working for and consulting to private developers in the residential, mixed-use and hotel sectors.

My experience as a lawyer is invaluable to successfully managing developments – from navigating the many legal issues that arise to mitigating risk and managing stakeholders. I have sharp attention to detail and I take great pride in being a trusted advisor and safe and reliable pair of hands for my clients. I love guiding a project through to a successful outcome and building enduring relationships along the way.

Away from work, I love spending time with my wife and two young children as well as training for and running marathons and practising yoga.
